I heard (unsubstantiated at this point) that Juke was a "break song" that Little Walter used during gigs. It was an improv type tune that never sounded the same twice, as is evident by the alternate takes on this song that are available.

"Juke" is actually a combination of Snooky Pryor's "Snooky and Moody's Boogie"
